Matching granite in kitchen and bathroom lend to a cohesive, clean and modern look. Living room and bedroom also have modern, quiet fans to keep you cool and comfortable.
The kitchen has been fully remodeled with stylish soft close drawers, new cabinets, granite countertops, eat in kitchen island, water filtration system, new GE flat top stove, microwave vent/hood, dishwasher and Samsung Twin Cooling French Door refrigerator with two drawer freezer. Everything you need for preparing meals is in the unit which is nicely stocked with new dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils and small appliances. All basic kitchen amenities such as dish soap, hand soap, sponges and paper towels, etc. are also provided for your convenience.
The bathroom has also been remodeled with a spacious walk in shower, new cabinetry and granite vanity. We provide bath amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion as well as a hairdryer for your convenience.
This condo is perfect for up to 4 guests, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy all of the comforts of home on your vacation including high speed internet, cable TV and free Netflix on the flatscreen TV.
A shared coin operated laundry is available on-site with washers and dryers for guest use from 8am - 8pm as well as 2 new BBQ’s on either side of the building, and a recently re-done gated swimming pool with pool lounge chairs. Free parking for one car is available in the parking lot.
